You can study with a scholarship at a recognized educational institution in any country except Great Britain, Germany, Sweden, Austria, Denmark, the Netherlands, Italy, Norway, and Ireland.

Amelia Earhart Fellowships for Women

Each year Zonta International awards 35 scholarships to female students of any nationality who have entered doctoral programs in aerospace engineering or space sciences. The fellowships are $10,000 and can be taken at any university in any country around the world.

Education for Sustainable Energy Development (ESED) Scholarships

The ESED scholarship program’s main goal is to support students who are studying the development of modern sustainable energy sources. The scholarship is designed to integrate and expand knowledge of the subject to work for the benefit of society. Graduate and doctoral students can receive a $21,000 scholarship for up to 2 years.

Joint Japan World Bank Scholarships

The Joint Japan World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program (JJ/WBGSP) sponsors students from developing countries including Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Ukraine, and Uzbekistan. 

The scholarship is available for graduate study at a wide range of partner institutions around the world, including the Australian National University, Harvard University in the United States, Oxford University in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong University, and Erasmus University Rotterdam in the Netherlands. The scholarship includes tuition coverage, monthly stipend payments, insurance coverage, and transportation.

ADB Japan Scholarship Program

The Asian Development Bank-Japan Scholarship Program (ADB-JSP) helps high-achieving international students continue to study economics, management, science, technology, and other strategically important fields at top universities in the Asia-Pacific region. The ADB-JSP Scholarship covers 100% of tuition and also includes a monthly stipend and coverage for health insurance, transportation, books, and textbooks.

Wells Mountain Foundation Scholarships for Developing Countries

The U.S. charity created this scholarship specifically for students from developing countries and those in need of financial support. You can apply to any undergraduate program in your home country or in a developing country (i.e. you cannot apply to study in the United States, Canada, Australia, or Western Europe). 

Preference is given to students who are involved in volunteer work and who are studying such subjects as medicine, education, law, community service, business, IT, agriculture, and engineering. The amount of the scholarship varies and is up to $3,000. This amount can be spent directly on tuition or related expenses.

This scholarship is for female undergraduate students of any nationality studying computer science, computer engineering, and related disciplines at any university in the world. The scholarship is offered in a lump sum of $10,000.
